I was 16 when I got pregnant..I weighed 137 lbs.5"711 I got kindey stones 1/2 way through pregnacy and had to pretty much be on bedrest...(could only go to school, and come home and get in bed..So..I gained 87 lbs all together..never lost it all..I got down to 180 b-c I had softball my senior year,so I got some exercise out of that.. then i got preg.with 2nd child soon after and added ontop of that another 77 lbs...totaling 257 when I delivered..I got down to 220 after that then got pregnant with 3rd and last child(girl)...I gained only 32 lbs(was sick with her..1st girl) with her being induced 3 weeks early so that way she wouldn't be a 10 pounder like the other 2...S o I am currently one month after her birth I am down to 227...any help at all?? PPPLLLEEEEAAAASSE!:)
Need to lose 90 lbs to get back to pre-preg weight after 3 children...only 21 years old...any pointers?!Thanks
You need exercise, hon. Put those wonderful kids in the stroller, and go for nice long walks every day, at least 2 miles. You already know what you aren't supposed to eat, and I'm sure you know you need to drink at least 8 glasses of liquid every day. You just have to remember, moderation, Don't pig out on one thing, or only eat salads, it doesn't work and only makes you crave what you shouldn't. Also, eat slowly, and only 2/3 to 1/2 as much as you normally do. It will take you a long time to lose the weight, but taking it off slowly will ensure it stays off. If you slip up and just have to have a treat, don't feel bad. Everybody craves something once in a while. Good luck.

Reply:Just CUT OUT junk food ALL TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!! NO MORE DRIVE THRUS!!!!!!!! Drink lots of water AND take all of the kiddies for walks. Daily walks. You will be amazed how fast it will come off JUST doing that!
I wish yo luck! You are waaaaaaaaaaaay too young to be heavy. Not good for your health!

Reply:Drink plenty of water and walk as much as you can.
Also spend time,doing exercises on the fatty areas.
